Baby Massage
Every Friday 2.00pm-3.30pm
There is a £1 charge per session for this group
Every Friday our Centre manager Sue Cripps will be holding baby massage classes. Sue is a fully qualified midwife and IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) massage instructor. The sessions are informal and fun. You can turn up any week and continue coming for as long or short as you like.
Baby massage can help:
- Enhance parent/baby communication
- Parents and baby to relax
- Baby to sleep better
- Aid baby's digestion
- Help relieve colic
- Strengthen baby's immune system
- Develop baby's muscle tone and co-ordination
